The Office of Quality Performance & Accreditation (OQPA) focuses on the development and training our 3,500 staff statewide. Our core functional areas include quality improvement, strategic planning, workforce development and succession planning, wellness, mentoring, employee recognition, training, leadership development, and accreditation. As a department, we recognize the value of our staff and that they are the backbone of our organization. Having well-trained, healthy staff with the knowledge and skills to serve the public efficiently and effectively is key.
