The California Wellness Plan (CWP) Progress Report provides the current progress on all 267 CWP objectives under the overarching Goal of Equity in Health and Wellbeing to inform partner chronic disease and injury prevention priorities and planning efforts. This report provides current evidence of population health and indicates areas for improvement in order to make California the healthiest state in the nation by 2022.
